RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATION: • Rescheduling/ Cancellation must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in a NO CALL NO SHOW and a cancellation fee of 50% of your service. • Clients are able to reschedule and cancel upcoming appointments by clicking on the "Change/Cancel Appointment" link in the confirmation email. • Appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice will require a reschedule plus a $15 rescheduling fee! •Appointments cancelled same day requires a cancellation fee of 50% of service. LATE ARRIVAL: • Grace period applies up to 10 minutes! On or after 10 minutes you will be considered a no call no show. Therefore, your appointment is automatically be charged a cancellation fee of 100%. • No Call No Show 1st Attempt: You will be charged 100% of your service cancellation fee. 2nd Attempt: NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS! NOTE: All final payment Debit/Credit Card transactions require a $3.00 processing fee...
